  1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture. Wash and cut leeks into sections.

  2. Put the noodles into a pot of boiling water and cook over high heat for about 5-6 minutes.

  3. Use a little soy sauce and boiling water to make a bowl of soup (you can also use the soup used to cook noodles). I added a little braised pork soup here, so there is no need to add oil, and it is more fragrant.

  4. Remove the cooked noodles and put them into a bowl.

  5. Blanch the leeks in the noodle soup for 1-2 minutes.
