Stir-fried shredded tofu skin with garlic moss
Overview
Garlic is my favorite vegetable, especially the fresh and tender ones that are more delicious. I usually stir-fry meat instead of stir-fried meat, which is a bit boring. This time I saw the tofu skin that we all love to eat at home. I cut it into shreds and stir-fried it with garlic. I tried it in a different way. It tastes good and everyone likes it~

Wash the garlic and cut into long sections.

Cut the tofu skin into shreds.

Blanch the tofu skin shreds in hot water, remove and drain.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté the chopped green onions until fragrant. Add the boiled tofu skin and stir-fry, then add a little light soy sauce.

Pour the garlic cloves into the pot and stir-fry.

Add a pinch of salt to taste.

Add a little water and cook for a while, add the chopped coriander into the pot and stir-fry evenly.
