Stir-fried pork intestines with Chinese cabbage
Overview
I like eating Chinese cabbage very much and often make fried pork slices. I usually don’t eat pig intestines because I have seen pigs being slaughtered and the pig intestines are full of poop. Every time I make them at home, I don’t eat them. I prepared a lot of braised meat for the New Year’s Eve and put it in the refrigerator. My mother-in-law was not at home today, so I had to cook. I dug out this pig intestine from the refrigerator. I told myself not to eat it when I was making it, but it was so fragrant that I couldn’t help it. I mixed it with the soup and rice and ate two big bowls of it! 😁‘’

Steps
-
Prepare the materials and cut the cabbage sticks and leaves separately. The cabbage sticks can be cut into rectangular or diamond shapes. The pig farm must choose braised pork, because braised pork is very fragrant when fried.
-
After cutting, put the vegetables into the pot and stir-fry over high heat for about 2 minutes
-
Then add chili, pig intestines, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce (light soy sauce) and stir-fry for one minute
-
Add the vegetable leaves at the end. If you like rice mixed with soup, you can add some water
-
When it is cooked, sprinkle with garlic sprouts and take it out of the pan.
-
Take out of the pot

It tastes so good, I even finished the soup
