Shanghai alley dish, Lao Niangdou makes it this way, it is delicious with rice. It is still tender now, so the cooking time should be short. If it is much shorter, it will become mushy if it takes too long.

Cowpea.

First soak and wash, then cut off by hand, about 5cm long.
