  1. Simple operation of using a bread machine to make pizza dough: Please refer to my other article "Lazy Bread" - to teach you how to play with the bread machine. Use the automatic "tare" function of the electronic scale (the function that automatically removes the weight of the container) to accurately weigh the bread flour, pure milk, yeast, and salt and blend these materials together.

  3. After kneading stops, add 20 grams of butter. Bread machine settings: automatic dough rising time: 1 hour and 40 minutes, remember to press start. Then you can watch TV or do the laundry, whatever.

  4. When the bread machine stops working, you have to take over. Take out the fermented dough, place it on the chopping board and use a rolling pin to roll out the air. This time the dough can be used to make two pizzas, so divide the dough into two pieces and shape them into the shapes as shown in the picture. Use a fork to make numerous holes.

  5. This is the toppings for the pizza. Shredded oyster mushrooms and celery are grown by ourselves, the sausages are stuffed with purchased local pork, the meat floss and seaweed are from Taiwan livestock farmers, and the butter is from Anjia. I just put whatever I have at home, and you can also put whatever vegetables, meat, etc. you like.

  6. It only takes 25 minutes to actually bake the pizza, so set the oven to 200 degrees to preheat for 5 minutes (in the summer) before putting the toppings on. Then pour a spoonful of tomato sauce and sprinkle with a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese to make the base flavor. Then put some shredded oyster mushrooms and sprinkle a little salt. Then spread a layer of sausage slices and sprinkle with a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese. Finally, sprinkle a little black pepper, Wang Shouyi thirteen-spice powder, cumin powder and more pizza grass. The trick is to add a layer of vegetables and meat after brushing the base, and finally sprinkle cheese and seasonings on it. Again: put whatever you like. Stop preheating the oven and put the pizza in the oven and set it for 25 minutes. Warm reminder: Each oven has different temperature differences, so you should observe it while baking. If the cheese is baked and melted in 20 minutes, there is no need to wait until 25 minutes.
