Stir-fried eel with leeks

I haven’t uploaded a recipe for a long time, I’m so lazy! Let’s start with a simple one~ Leeks and eels are both hot ingredients, so those with a hot constitution are advised to eat less.

Wash leeks and eel separately and cut into sections.

Add appropriate amount of oil, salt and cooking wine to the eel and marinate for ten minutes.

Slice garlic cloves.

Heat the oil in the pan, maybe a little more oil.

After the oil temperature rises, add the eel and stir-fry quickly. (Be careful of oil splashing)

When you see the eel changes color, add the garlic and leeks.

Stir-fry until the leeks become soft, add a little salt and chicken essence and serve.
