Shredded pork and crispy bamboo shoots
Overview
I have been very fond of eating bamboo shoots since I was a child, and now I often buy them in supermarkets. They are usually fried bacon, which is fragrant and goes well with rice. However, with this vacuum-packed semi-finished crispy bamboo shoots, it is more convenient to cook. When frying, I cut some lean meat and add some green and red peppers and black fungus. It has a richer texture when eaten with more ingredients, and it is good with rice!
