Wash the lemon with salt and chop a small amount of lemon peel.

Melt the butter and let cool.

Beat the eggs, add sugar and mix well.

Add lemon zest and mix well.

Sift in the flour and baking powder mixture.

Use a spatula to cut into a smooth batter without any lumps.

Add the butter in portions, mix well and refrigerate for half an hour.

Apply a little butter on the mold to make it easier to remove.

After the batter is refrigerated, take it out and let it sit for a while, then cut and mix it a few times and put it into a piping bag.

Pour into the mold eighty-full and place in the middle rack of the oven, bake at 190° for about 15 minutes.
