Maotai Xiang Pancake
Overview
In fact, this is not original. I just searched the food world and there was no sauce pancake. I wanted to eat it again, so I looked it up online and learned to make it myself. Then I sent the photos and experience to share with my friends. I hope everyone likes it. Steps: 1. Mix an appropriate amount of flour and water, then make it into a shape as shown in Figure 1 and let it rest for about ten minutes; 2. Roll the risen flour dough into dough as shown in Figure 2; 3. Apply a little cooking oil on the dough and sprinkle with chopped green onions as shown in Figure 3; 4. Cut the dough into pieces as shown in Figure 4; 5. Fold the cut dough layer by layer into the shape of Figure 5, wrap it up, and let it rest for another ten minutes; 6. Roll out the rested dough into a dough shape. It should be larger than a small electric baking pan, so that it can be folded into a pleated shape when it is put into the pan, as shown in Figure 6; 7. Pour cooking oil into the electric baking pan, maybe more oil, so that it is crispier. Put the rolled dough into a pleated shape, as shown in Figure 7; 8. Use an electric pan to fry until one side turns yellow, then sprinkle a little salt, pepper (according to personal taste) and soybean paste (this sauce can be simmered with a little tomato paste and water before, so it is not so salty); 9. Sprinkle a little sesame seeds and take it out of the pan! (As shown in Figure 8)
