Steamed Pork
Overview
When I was a child, I always bought bowls of small bowls of steamed food outside. There were various types: steamed with bean paste, steamed pork with pickled vegetables, steamed beef with rice flour, steamed pork ribs with rice flour...all kinds. Later, such small vendors stopped doing this kind of business... My mother always made all kinds of steamed dishes at home. During holidays and festivals, when guests came to the house, this became a must-have dish for entertaining guests.
