Half duck.

Spread salt, pepper and cooking wine on both sides and marinate overnight. Doing this step the night before will make it more delicious and fragrant when done.

Steam for 1 hour.

Make a dipping sauce while steaming. Prepare garlic, pickled peppers, and chive flowers (in order to increase the aroma, I picked a few flowers from the leek moss, and it will be better to replace it with golden ones).

Put the ingredients into a stone ladle and add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Pour over hot oil.
