Vegetarian soup
Overview
Vegetable vegetarian soup - a long and savory aftertaste. No need for big bones or ribs. There seems to be no way to make a lot of soups. You can use lamb chops instead, but I always feel that is not the case. Haha, I just use vegetarian vegetables and find a way to make soup. This time, the vegetable soup has an extra step before boiling it. First, sear the vegetables over low heat, and then put it into the pot to cook the soup. It tastes great.

Wash the cordyceps flowers and cut other vegetables into large pieces.

After the pan is hot, turn down the heat to low, add the vegetables except the cordyceps flowers, and fry the vegetables over low heat until soft. You can also use an oven to roast the vegetables until soft.

Add water to the pot, pour in the processed vegetables, add cordyceps flowers, and bring to a boil over high heat.
