-
Wash the beef and cut it into thin slices, add cooking wine, shredded ginger, oyster sauce, sesame oil and a spoonful of light soy sauce, mix well, add a spoonful of vegetable oil and marinate for ten minutes.
-
When marinating the beef, wash the green and red peppers and cut them into small pieces.
-
Chop the pickled ginger into thin strips and chop the pickled cabbage.
-
Remove the leaves from the celery and cut into small pieces.
-
Heat the oil in a pan (the oil will look smoking), add the sizing beef (leave for half a minute to turn off the heat, don't turn it over, set it a little, then stir-fry, and use the residual heat to simmer). Take out the beef, leaving the bottom oil.

Turn on the heat, add the pickled cabbage and ginger and stir-fry for a minute or two.
-
Add green and red peppers.
-
Stir-fry for a few times, then add celery and adjust a little salt.
-
Add beef and stir-fry.
-
Pour over the light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and serve.
