Steps

  1. Wash the beef and cut it into thin slices, add cooking wine, shredded ginger, oyster sauce, sesame oil and a spoonful of light soy sauce, mix well, add a spoonful of vegetable oil and marinate for ten minutes.

  2. When marinating the beef, wash the green and red peppers and cut them into small pieces.

  3. Chop the pickled ginger into thin strips and chop the pickled cabbage.

  4. Remove the leaves from the celery and cut into small pieces.

  5. Heat the oil in a pan (the oil will look smoking), add the sizing beef (leave for half a minute to turn off the heat, don't turn it over, set it a little, then stir-fry, and use the residual heat to simmer). Take out the beef, leaving the bottom oil.

  6. Turn on the heat, add the pickled cabbage and ginger and stir-fry for a minute or two.

  7. Add green and red peppers.

  8. Stir-fry for a few times, then add celery and adjust a little salt.

  9. Add beef and stir-fry.

  10. Pour over the light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and serve.
