Wild Duck Soup
Overview
You guys should have seen wild ducks! It can stay submerged in water for a long time and is smaller than domestic ducks. My husband bought two when he saw one for sale yesterday.

Homemade pickled cowpeas and pickled ginger

Cut the cowpea into 3 sections. Don’t chop it too finely. Slice the ginger

This wild duck is not fat, so I fried it and stewed it

Add duck and stir-fry

Add the pickled ginger and stir-fry for a while

Add an appropriate amount of water, grass fruits, star anise, bay leaves, and red dates
