Prepare short pieces of Cantonese-style bacon

Cut into fine pieces

Prepare half an onion and cut into strips

Prepare a small bowl of half-fat and lean minced meat and marinate it with appropriate amount of salt

Prepare three strips of Japanese tofu and cut each strip into six pieces

Heat a casserole, add cooking oil, add onions and saute until fragrant

First add the bacon cubes and stir-fry for a few times, then add the minced pork and stir-fry until cooked

Add a little water, add oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, cover and cook

After the ingredients are cooked, use a bowl to fill up half of the ingredients. Leave half in one pot.

Pour in the Japanese tofu, then pour the bowl of ingredients back into the pot to cover the Japanese tofu.

Cover and simmer for another five minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and it's done.
