Dried raisin scone
Overview
It was my first time to make scones, and I saw that many recipes used baking powder. I didn’t have any at home, so I used yeast instead, and I think the effect is okay. Bake it for breakfast, two pieces per person, it's done in one go.

All the ingredients (I put the milk and butter together, yeast into the flour and mixed it

Sift the flour into a container, add milk, butter, salt, white sugar and dried raisins

Mix all the ingredients and knead into dough

Roll the dough into a rectangular shape

Fold both sides, then roll it into a rectangular shape, repeat twice (this will make it more layered when baked

Then roll the dough into a dough about 1 cm thick and cut it into small triangles with a knife

Place into a baking pan (coat the bottom with oil first), cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about half an hour

Apply a layer of egg wash

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, put it in the oven and bake at 160 degrees up and down for ten minutes, then cover it with tin foil and bake for ten minutes
