Wash the Chinese cabbage, cut it and set aside.

Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, when the oil is hot, turn down the heat, add the pre-cut tofu cubes, fry until one side turns brown, then flip and fry the other side.

After the tofu is fried, take it out and set aside. Leave the oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add the prepared Chinese cabbage and stir-fry for a while.

Add the fried tofu, continue to stir-fry, add salt, pepper, light soy sauce, a little water, cover the pot and simmer.

After boiling the pot, cook for 4 minutes until the water is gone.
