Rich taste pizza sauce
Overview
In the past, I always used tomato sauce instead of pizza sauce to spread toast and make lazy pizza. Today, the defeated pizza pan arrived, so I seriously made a pizza sauce to prepare for the next Pizza Hut deal~~ However, the taste of pizza sauce is much richer than tomato sauce, with more layers and more feelings. It seems that foodies should not be lazy! It was the first time I made it, so I wasn't very sure about the amounts of ingredients, but the final product was pretty good. There was no butter, just ordinary cooking oil... This time I only bought purple onions, and the amount was a little too much. I used a few grains of fennel without basil, but I felt that fennel still had a strong flavor, so I fished out about half of the fennel and threw it away during the making process... The aroma of pizza grass is also very strong, so I can reduce the amount a little next time. I don’t have black pepper at home, so I can only use white pepper, and the amount can be a little less. But these are all my subjective judgments. I won’t know the final feeling until I actually use it on pizza for two days~~ The taste is a bit strong when I taste it in my mouth, maybe it will be just right if I put it on pizza~~~
