Overview

There are students and office workers at home, so breakfast must be good and filling every day. In order to save time in making breakfast, the ingredients should be made into semi-finished products as much as possible the night before and cooked directly in the next morning.   7. The next morning, beat 3 eggs, add a little salt, fry them into egg cakes in a pan, and gently chop them into pieces with a spatula.

  8. Fry the chicken breast and ham slices over medium heat until cooked on both sides.

  9. After turning off the heat, use the remaining heat to fry the lettuce to remove the raw smell. If you don't mind the smell of lettuce, you can put it directly into the bread.

  10. Spread tomato sauce on the bread, or you can spread salad dressing or condensed milk, whatever you like.
