Choose fresh cabbage leaves

Put the cabbage leaves mixed with flour on the steamer. What you need to pay attention to in this step is that the steamer should be covered with a dry steaming cloth. Do not sprinkle water on the steaming cloth. It is best to use a larger steaming cloth to wrap the vegetables, as shown in the picture. Because cabbage is relatively moist, this can absorb some steam and can also block the steam to prevent it from directly pouring on the cabbage leaves. Otherwise, it will be too sticky after steaming, which will affect the taste
