Overview

The first time I made dumplings, I searched online and learned how to make this ugly guy. In the past, I used to make dumplings with that magic dumpling making tool, which is convenient and fast.

  1. Mix 2 cups of whole wheat flour with 1 cup of all-purpose flour

  2. Add appropriate amount of water and stir with chopsticks to form a flocculent form

  3. Knead into a dough of moderate softness and hardness

  4. Roll out into thin sheets

  5. Take out the dumpling skin

  6. Dumpling skins prepared in sequence

  7. Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, peanut oil, and starch to the minced meat, mix well, and add some water as appropriate

  8. Add minced vegetables

  10. Take a dumpling wrapper and put an appropriate amount of filling in the middle

  12. Wrap them up in order

  13. Put a little oil in the pan, put the dumplings in, fry over low heat for one minute to set

  14. Add a little salt and a few drops of light soy sauce to a bowl of water, pour it into the pot, cover the pot, and simmer over low heat
