Whole wheat fried dumplings
Overview
The first time I made dumplings, I searched online and learned how to make this ugly guy. In the past, I used to make dumplings with that magic dumpling making tool, which is convenient and fast.

Mix 2 cups of whole wheat flour with 1 cup of all-purpose flour

Add appropriate amount of water and stir with chopsticks to form a flocculent form

Knead into a dough of moderate softness and hardness

Roll out into thin sheets

Take out the dumpling skin

Dumpling skins prepared in sequence

Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, peanut oil, and starch to the minced meat, mix well, and add some water as appropriate

Add minced vegetables

Mix well

Take a dumpling wrapper and put an appropriate amount of filling in the middle

Wrap into dumplings (this is my first time making dumplings, ugly dumplings, haha)

Wrap them up in order

Put a little oil in the pan, put the dumplings in, fry over low heat for one minute to set

Add a little salt and a few drops of light soy sauce to a bowl of water, pour it into the pot, cover the pot, and simmer over low heat

When the water is almost dry, reduce the juice over high heat
