Garlic cod

Garlic cod

Overview

I like to eat cod very much. It is boneless and the meat is relatively solid. The technical coefficient is not high. It is excellent whether fried or fried. I defrosted three pieces today and used the simplest method to make fragrant fish pieces.

  1. Put the meat pieces into a plate, use two fingers to pinch a little salt on the surface of the fish pieces, and gently spread it evenly with your hands. Do the same on the other side, then let it sit at room temperature and pour away the water that flows out.
