Garlic cod
Overview
I like to eat cod very much. It is boneless and the meat is relatively solid. The technical coefficient is not high. It is excellent whether fried or fried. I defrosted three pieces today and used the simplest method to make fragrant fish pieces.

Steps
-
Put the meat pieces into a plate, use two fingers to pinch a little salt on the surface of the fish pieces, and gently spread it evenly with your hands. Do the same on the other side, then let it sit at room temperature and pour away the water that flows out.
-
Place a bowl, add 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cornmeal, stir evenly.
-
Cover the fish pieces with flour and let it sit until the flour absorbs the water on the surface of the fish to form a film.
-
Put in a frying pan, turn on high heat, add base oil, add fish pieces, and fry over slow heat.
-
Fry until golden brown.
-
Sprinkle with mixed pepper and fry the bottom side in turn.
-
Fry until golden brown, set aside.
-
Chop the garlic into garlic, put it into the pot, add 1/4 cup of bread crumbs, turn on low heat, stir-fry until the garlic turns golden brown, turn off the heat, and then spread it on the fish pieces, done!
