Cake Pops
Overview
The beautiful cake pops have a crispy and fragrant shell. They are only for girls, but I am a kid, haha. I brought them to the little beauties in my class after school, and they were well received!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Chocolate chunks, chocolate pens and sugar beads.
-
A. Crack 3 eggs into a container, add 50g white sugar, and mix well with a silicone spatula; B. Sift in 120g flour, 2g baking powder, and mix well; C. Melt 60g butter 20g cooking oil in a microwave oven or hot water, add it to the batter, and mix well.
-
Use a piping bag to pipe into the cake pop mold as full as possible and carefully close the lid. I scooped it directly with a spoon, haha.
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 20 minutes. Later, you can open the silicone mold to take a look and color it.
-
Put the chocolate pieces in a bowl, heat them over water to melt, and then put them together with the chocolate pens in a hot water basin to continue to soften and make them easier to use.
-
Dip the paper stick into chocolate sauce, insert it into the cake ball, and then rotate to coat the whole body with chocolate sauce.
-
When the chocolate is no longer dripping and flowing, sprinkle with sugar beads, large ones, and stick them on with tweezers. Softened chocolate pen draws lines directly.
-
Let cool and then bag.
