Chocolate chiffon cake
Overview
I still have some chocolate at home that was given by a friend. When I was making a cake today, I suddenly thought that I could add it to make a cake. Haha, the chocolate added to the cake is indeed more fragrant.

Add sugar in three batches and beat the egg whites

Add milk to egg yolk and mix well

Add cooking oil and mix well

Add flour and mix well

Add half of the beaten egg whites to the egg yolk batter and use a rubber spatula to gently stir the egg whites and egg yolk batter up and down evenly

After mixing evenly, pour all the egg yolk paste into the bowl containing the egg whites. Use a rubber spatula to gently mix the egg whites and egg yolk paste evenly until the egg whites and egg yolk paste are fully mixed

Melt the chocolate over water and set aside

Add the melted chocolate to the cake batter and mix well

Pour the mixed cake batter into the mold, hold the mold with your hands and shake it twice on the table to knock out the big air bubbles inside

Put it into the preheated oven and heat it up and down to 150℃ for about 40 minutes

The baked cake is immediately inverted on a cooling rack until cooled and unmolded
