Wash the spinach and squeeze it into juice in a blender. Cut the pumpkin and purple sweet potato into small pieces and steam them.

Add 100 grams of flour to each of the three vegetables, knead into a smooth dough, and leave to ferment for 1-1.5 times. Purple sweet potato has less water and is dry, so you can add a little water and flour to form a dough.

When the dough is fermented, poke a hole with your finger and the dough does not spring back, indicating that it is fermented well. In summer, when the temperature is high, it can be left for about 1 hour. In winter, when the temperature is low, it needs to be fermented in a warm water basin.

Brush a thin layer of salad oil (olive oil, corn oil, etc.) on the inner wall of the mold.
