Frozen tofu stewed with cabbage
Overview
After freezing, the internal structure of fresh tofu changes. Its shape becomes honeycomb-like and its color turns gray, but the protein, vitamins and minerals are less destroyed. After freezing, tofu can produce an acidic substance that can destroy the body's fat. Prepare a core of cabbage (you can choose baby cabbage), a piece of frozen tofu (I bought the tofu myself and kept it in the refrigerator for two days, then defrosted it and it became frozen tofu), a spring onion, and two or three slices of ginger are enough.

Cut the frozen tofu into slices.

Chop green onion, shredded ginger, and cut cabbage into long strips.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and half of the chopped green onion, stir-fry.

When the aroma comes out, add the cabbage and stir-fry.

Add soy sauce

Add soy sauce and stir-fry for a few times. Add a bowl of water. After boiling, add frozen tofu. Note: frozen tofu is easy to break, so do not stir it.

After boiling, add salt to taste (if you like spicy food, you can add chili pepper segments to the pot first). Garnish with the remaining half of the chopped green onions and remove from the pan.
