Prepare materials

Cut dried seeds into thin slices

Put it in a pot, cook until soft, drain, and place in a baking pan

Add 10g sugar to the separated egg yolks and mix well

Add milk and mix well

Add salad oil and mix well

Sift in low-gluten flour

Mix until egg yolk paste without dry powder

Put the egg whites in a water-free basin, add sugar in batches, beat with a whisk until 8 points are distributed, lift the whisk head to form a curved hook

Take 1/3 of the egg white and fold it evenly with a spatula

Pour all the mixed batter into the meringue, and mix evenly in the same way

The batter is fine and fluffy

Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with orange slices, smooth the surface, lift it up and shake it to remove air bubbles inside

Put into the preheated oven, 180 degrees, middle rack, for about 15 minutes (baking temperature is for reference!)

Take out the cake

Take it out of the oven and place it upside down on another piece of oil paper, tear off the paper at the bottom and let it cool naturally (my girl stole a piece)
