Make the coconut filling. After the butter is softened, add powdered sugar and beat. Add the whole egg liquid in 2 additions and stir until absorbed. Add milk in 2 additions and stir until absorbed. Finally add coconut mash, mix well and set aside

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the dough mixing process

When the dough is smooth, add butter and continue kneading until the dough is complete

Basic fermentation until 2-2.5 times the size

Deflate the dough and roll it into a rectangular shape

Spread coconut filling

Roll up from one side

Cut lengthwise in the middle

With the cut side facing up, twist it into a figure 8 shape and pinch both ends tightly

Put into toast mold

Finally ferment until nine minutes full

Demold at 190 degrees for about 40 minutes
