Glass Sugar Cookies
Overview
It’s a delicious handmade biscuit, but it’s a pity that because of my playfulness and having many hands, the baking time was increased, causing it to turn into black charcoal, alas. Although it looks ugly, Mr. Pig said that the burnt batch tastes better. He has a unique taste.

Ingredients
Steps
-
After the butter has softened, add the sugar and salt and beat until even and fluffy.
-
Add the egg liquid in two batches, beating each time to combine before adding the next time.
-
Sift in cake flour and baking powder.
-
Mix into dough.
-
Put it into a plastic bag, roll it into a 3 mm thick sheet, put it in the refrigerator for 5 minutes, take it out and print it.
-
Move the cake base to a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat, then use a round mold to scoop out a small center and place two pieces of fruit candies.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes, then place in the middle rack and bake for about 10 minutes. (I was playful and used the remote control on my mobile phone to add 6 more minutes. As a result, the biscuits that were baked for 16 minutes turned into collective black carbon heads)
-
Remove the biscuits after cooling.
