Overview
WeChat was born in 2011! Voice chat, video chat, picture file sending, circle of friends, drift bottle, shake, grab red envelopes, etc. I think everyone has played it! Today, I will use this to create an edible WeChat!

After softening the butter at room temperature, beat it with a whisk

Add a few drops of lemon juice to an egg white and beat it well with a whisk, then add powdered sugar in three batches to beat into a meringue
