  1. Garlic sprouts cut into sections

  2. All materials are ready

  3. Duck chopped

  4. Hot pan, hot oil

  5. Add garlic stems and sauté until fragrant

  6. Add duck and stir-fry

  7. Stir-fry over high heat for five minutes, add tangerine peel, southern milk, Zhuhou sauce, and a little water, and stir-fry for another two minutes

  8. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes

  9. Add garlic leaves and stir-fry for two minutes
