This May Day is really Labor Day. I am serving the little master at home. The little master lists out the menu and I cook it one by one. Reminds me of stir-fried lentils.

Prepare raw materials: lentils, stir-fried shredded pork, cabbage, and garlic cloves.

Break the lentils into inch sections and drain them.

Pour oil into the pot, add dried lentils and fry until browned.

Leave oil in the pot, add garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the fried lentils.

Then add the stir-fried shredded pork and vegetables, stir-fry evenly, add a little chicken essence, season and serve.
