Vanilla Cranberry Yogurt Cups

Soften butter, add powdered sugar in two batches and beat;

Beat butter until white in color, larger in volume, and fluffy;

Add the room-temperature egg liquid in five batches, beating each time until the butter and egg liquid are completely combined, then add the next time;

Sift in the flour and baking powder, add salt, and mix until there is no dry powder;

Add vanilla extract and mix well;

Add the soaked and drained dried cranberries and mix thoroughly;

Put it into a piping bag, squeeze it into the 6-piece Silicone Borgmic mould, put it into the preheated oven, 170 degrees for 20 minutes, please refer to your own oven for the specific time and temperature;

After taking it out of the oven, turn it upside down and remove it from the mold. Cool it until it is warm and pour in your own sugar-free yogurt. Add your favorite fruits. It is sour, sweet and refreshing.
