Core the pear and dig in slowly with an iron spoon.

First put down the soaked white fungus and red dates and simmer for twenty minutes.

Then add longan and simmer for ten minutes

Add appropriate amount of rock sugar and brown sugar (brown sugar is used to adjust the color)
