Barbecue pork noodles
Overview
I made several strips of barbecued pork, gave three to friends, and enjoyed the rest at home. I think that in addition to stir-fries, barbecued pork would also be great with noodles.

Combine flour and water, knead the dough until it is smooth on three sides. Knead the dough until it is chewy, then pull it out into long strips and cut into thin slices, then cook it in boiling water;
