Prepare the ingredients

Drain the glutinous rice that has been soaked overnight, add some sugar and mix well

Cut the head of the lotus root diagonally and pour in the glutinous rice bit by bit

After filling the glutinous rice, cover the lotus root lid and secure it with toothpicks

Put it into the rice cooker, add rock sugar, fill it up with water, and start cooking

Cook until the soup thickens and remove from the pot

Slice, top with soup and sugared osmanthus (I brew the sugared osmanthus myself), and finally add wolfberry to garnish
