Halve and dry 5 slices of bacon, cut king oyster mushrooms into thin slices, cut asparagus into 9-10 cm long sections, and shred 30 onions.

Boil water in a pot, add salt, blanch it with a few drops of olive oil, take it out and let it cool.

Marinate king oyster mushrooms with black pepper and a little salt. Dip each slice into the seasoning.
