Pork skin jelly
Overview
I usually cook after watching the food world. Today is the first time I have a recipe, so I’m a little excited! A great treat to cool down in the hot summer!

Boil the purchased pork rinds under cold water for about ten minutes

Scrape the fat off the pig skin and cut it into small strips (I forgot to take a picture of the skin scraping! Hehe! This step is the most difficult to deal with)

Put the pork skin into a casserole, add water, add green onions and ginger slices

Wrap the peppercorns, star anise and cinnamon in gauze, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and salt

Finished product! I added more dark soy sauce, I like this color better, it feels like my mother made it when I was a kid
