Overview
Using pork belly to make barbecued pork tastes fat but not greasy, and the lean meat is not sticky. I used to order this dish when eating meat outside, so I simply bought the barbecued pork sauce and made it myself. The salty and sweet taste is very good.

Remove the hair from the pork belly and clean it.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, barbecued pork sauce, and thirteen spices.

Stir evenly and use a toothpick to make some small holes for easy flavoring.

Pack in a plastic bag or plastic bag and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees, add the marinated meat, bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, and finally bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
