Overview

I made some meat floss myself. I originally wanted to make pork floss and scallops, but unfortunately the meat floss made by the bread machine was too crumbly. Maybe I didn’t master the method well. I wanted to do something to eliminate the meat floss, just in time for the girl to eat as a snack. I am used to sweet food, so this time I tried to make salty flavored meat floss and sesame noodle sticks. I made this flavor twice, and adjusted the amount of water and salt. I was very satisfied with the final product in terms of texture and taste.

Steps

  1. Get the ingredients ready. (I forgot to pat the eggs)

  2. Put 120 grams of water, 20 grams of milk powder, 25 grams of corn oil, 4 grams of salt, and 10 grams of sugar (salt and sugar are placed diagonally) into the bread bucket. I forgot to put the eggs in this step, but added them in the subsequent steps.

  5. When there are 7 minutes left in kneading, add black sesame seeds and pork floss.

  6. At the end of the kneading process, the black sesame seeds and pork floss have been wrapped into the dough. The inside of the bread machine bucket is covered with a wet cloth and enters the fermentation stage.

  7. Let the dough rise until doubled in size.

  8. Take out the dough, knead it well and deflate it, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes. (The second time I made it, I used a rolling pin to directly roll it into a rectangular sheet, which omitted the relaxing step for easier operation).

  9. Roll the dough into a rectangular shape.

  10. Use a scraper to cut into strips, preferably uniform in size.

  11. Hold the two ends with both hands and stretch them to the appropriate length, twist them in the opposite direction, and place them in a baking pan. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 5 minutes. Do the rest one by one and place them in the baking pan without raising them again. Put them in the middle of the preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

  12. After baking, simmer in the oven for 3-5 minutes before taking it out. The breadsticks will be crispy. If you take them out immediately after baking, they will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are also delicious. These delicious teeth-grinding snacks will keep you eating one after another!
