  1. Cut the water tofu into shreds and drain 2-3 times of water, remove and drain. Set aside.

  2. Cut the meat and cuttlefish into shreds and set aside.

  3. Cut celery, pepper, and ginger into shreds and set aside.

  4. Starch thickens.

  5. Thicken the gravy and prepare the chicken soup.

  6. Heat oil in a cold pan and fry shredded pork until it changes colour.

  7. Stir-fry shredded cuttlefish until fragrant.

  8. Then add shredded chili pepper, celery, and ginger.

  9. Then stir-fry the shredded pork, cuttlefish and chili peppers, add 1 spoonful of salt and half a spoonful of cooking wine.

  10. Add the drained tofu shreds, stir-fry over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of salt.

  11. Finally, add the chicken stock and bring to a boil, add the gravy.
