Chop the ribs in the supermarket, wash them and blanch them, then wash them again and drain them.

Prepare ginger, garlic (forgot to photograph), and cinnamon.

Heat the oil in the pan and stir-fry the ginger and pork ribs for about 5 minutes.

The slightly fatter meat will be oily and will turn into caramel color after stir-frying.

Add water and simmer until the water is even with the ribs.

Add garlic cloves, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and soy sauce, cover the pot, and simmer over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.

After the juice is reduced, when there is still some water, add salt 🧂, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

It's ready to be cooked. It doesn't matter if there is some soup left. The bibimbap is super delicious.

Sprinkling green onions will make it more fragrant. I don’t have it at home, so I can only garnish it with side dishes and sprinkle some cooked white sesame seeds.
