Stir-fried minced pork with pickled beans
Overview
During the long bean season, I learned to soak some sour beans. In the summer, stir-fry a plate and mix it with rice or noodles. It is very refreshing and appetizing.

Homemade pickled beans

Take out an appropriate amount and wash it clean, then control the water and set aside.

Use a knife to chop lean pork into minced meat.

Chop the pickles into dices and the red peppers into dices. Set aside.

Chop onion, ginger and garlic into mince.

Heat a pan, add appropriate amount of corn oil and sauté onion, ginger and garlic

Then add the diced meat and stir-fry.

Add a little fresh soy sauce

Pour the pickled beans and diced red pepper into the pot and stir-fry

Stir well and pour a little sesame oil on top and serve.
