1. 1 small bundle of Chinese toon, about 150 grams, half of Pleurotus eryngii, 4 eggs, 1 piece of green onion.

   

2. 2 Wash the Chinese toon, blanch it in water for a while, take it out and let it cool until it changes color.

   

3. 3 Dried and chopped Chinese toon, washed and chopped king oyster mushrooms, chopped green onions, and beaten eggs.
