Stir-fried Thousand Layers of Dried Soybean Sprouts
Overview
I have been working overtime at work recently and eating out all the time, which makes my stomach very uncomfortable. I have a day off today, so I should do it myself. Although it is a vegetarian dish, it is very nutritious. For the health of yourself and your family, everyone should eat more vegetarian food!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the raw materials: Soak the bean sprouts in water and rinse them, mushrooms, garlic sprouts, green onions, and dried phyllo.
-
Prepare seasonings: oyster sauce, bean paste (these two seasonings are salty, so there is no need to add salt separately. Those with heavy mouths can add some salt according to their own taste), sugar (I forgot to take a picture)
-
Cut the dried phyllo, mushrooms and garlic into strips, and cut the green onion into chopped green onions.
-
Heat the cold oil in the pan and add the chopped green onion to the pan.
-
Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add the soybean sprouts and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
-
Add the dried sesame seeds and shiitake mushrooms and continue to stir-fry
-
Add oyster sauce and sugar (a little bit to enhance the freshness, but not too sweet).
-
When it comes out of the pot, add garlic sprouts and turn off the heat.
-
A good dish to go with a meal. (Does the shiitake mushroom inside look like meat? Haha, I was deceived!)
