Steps
-
Remove the debris from the red beans, wash and soak in water for 12 hours.
-
Wash the soaked red beans, put them into a pressure cooker, and add water with a ratio of about 2:1 to red beans. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
-
Weighed the rock sugar and brown sugar. The rock sugar was not broken, so I put it into the red beans while it was still hot. It was just right to melt.
-
Put the cooled red beans into a food processor in batches and blend into red bean puree.
-
Red bean puree, very delicate.
-
Put oil in a non-stick pan and prepare to fry the red bean paste. A lot of food experts said that the oil should be added in batches, but I was lazy and put it in all at once.
-
Add the pureed red bean paste and start frying. Add brown sugar. Be sure not to leave during the frying process. Firstly, it is easy to cook. Secondly, the red bean paste will splash everywhere. Be careful not to burn it.
-
Add fried and crushed sesame seeds halfway through the stir-fry, which will provide better nutrition, but the color will become darker.
-
When it is almost fried, add the homemade sugar-osmanthus. The aroma of sesame and osmanthus is really attractive. The water is basically fried and the red bean puree can form lumps.
-
Stir-fry, let cool, put into a Lock bowl and refrigerate.
