After washing the onions, cut them into onion rings, about 1cm thick. Pour oil into the pan, add the onion rings, crack the duck eggs into the onion rings, and fry over low heat until cooked through.

Add bacon and fry until cooked.

Cut the burgers, place them on the baking sheet, and bake them for about 5 minutes without preheating the oven.
