Blanch beef ribs with ginger.

Blanch, wash and set aside.

Add 3 liters of water to the pot and add Codonopsis and Angelicae first.

Simmer for one and a half minutes and add the red dates and longan meat (you can add the red dates at the beginning, I don’t eat rotten red dates, so I put them in later).

Put the white radish for two hours.

Add the radish, simmer over high heat for four to five minutes, then turn to low heat, add the wolfberries, simmer for another four to five minutes, and season with salt.
