Cranberry Mochi Bread
Overview
The mochi bread is crunchy on the outside and elastic on the inside. Do you want to eat it? Afraid of trouble when it’s hot? Now that we have special mochi powder, everything is simple. It only takes three steps and 40 minutes to make it easily.

Steps
-
Prepare the required ingredients, soften the butter at room temperature and set aside,
-
Chop the cranberries so that they are evenly kneaded and delicious,
-
Weigh the mochi bread flour and add the eggs, mix well,
-
Add softened butter,
-
Add powdered sugar and mix well
-
Then add milk, be careful to add the amount of milk slowly, don’t add it all at once, make the dough into a ball, it’s OK if it’s not too sticky,
-
Finally, pour in the cranberries, mix evenly, and stir into a smooth dough.
-
Wear disposable gloves or apply a little butter on your hands to prevent sticking, roll into balls of the same size, and place them in a non-stick mold. If the mold is not non-stick, you can put oiled paper on it,
-
Preheat the oven, upper and lower heat, middle layer, 180 degrees, about 30 minutes. After taking it out of the oven, hang it on the grill. You can eat it when it is warm. Personally, I think it is better to eat it while it is hot.
