Charcoal Grilled Zucchini
Overview
This is the last dish of the charcoal grilling. After a lot of cooking, all the vegetables were wiped out on the same day. Some friends may be thinking, why not grill cucumbers and other melons that are similar to zucchini? In my opinion, the flesh of cucumbers is too watery. As for tomatoes, yes, but roasting small ones with the skin on is better. Anyway, you can try it yourself.
